Three Gauteng winners announced

From 30 finalists across Gauteng, the three winners of Nedbank Business Ignite 2020 have been selected and they represent the top adaptive thinking in business right now.

The three winners are cloud communication platform Nxatel, waste management business Greener Pastures Recycling and handmade home décor product manufacturer Mo's Crib.

Each of these business will receive a media and incubation package valued at R260,000.

The package includes airtime to promote their business on 702, a cash injection, and an intensive innovation, digitisation and scaling programme with Matsi Modise, founder at Furaha Afrika Holdings.

Modise says it was a very difficult task to choose the top three businesses from all the phenomenal finalists.

"What’s next is a journey of how we get them to the next level.

"The winners have already gone beyond their potential, they have demonstrated their gusto as entrepreneurs.

"This is the next generation of South Africa businesses and we can't wait to work with them," says Modise.
