Kapablock is manufacturing business making four different and distinct products - each with their own brand. The common denominator for each product category is that no entity in South Africa makes it. Kapablock sole producer in Africa of woven brakelining for winches and mine winders, for wiper pads for the steel industry and for completely dust-free mobile sandblasting machines. In the marine brake industry (anchor winch brakes, windlass winch brakes and mooring winch brakes) they can stock sufficiently to supply the product within 24 hours. This is key as chandlers have very narrow supply windows to provide for docking vessels.
